My name is John Randak, founder of Okay Grow. As a coach, I work with clients on challenging relationships, transitions, mindset and addiction. My modern approach to coaching blends compassion, curiosity, humor and data.
Many clients are seeking a safe, judgment-free space where someone truly listens, understands your struggles, and helps you navigate life with clarity and compassion.
Whether it’s building better habits, repairing a relationship, or navigating a transition, coaching helps you align your actions with your goals and take intentional, measurable steps forward.
True quality of life starts with nurturing your relationship to yourself and then extends to building meaningful connections with the world around you. Coaching helps you create balance, joy, and a sense of deep belonging in both.

Do you have unanswered questions? If so, definitely.
Just like a gym membership, you gotta want it.
Most of the psychological and emotional weight we carry took years to get there, so it makes sense that it takes some time to heal. Coaching is most effective when you’re ready to invest in the process. Many clients are surprised by how quickly meaningful change can happen when they commit to the work and pick a coach they enjoy and feel safe with. While progress varies for everyone, most clients report significant growth, often exceeding their initial expectations.
All new clients receive a free discovery session (20 mins). If it seems like a good fit, additional sessions are $120 and last 55 mins.
I offer a 20% discount for packages of 10 or more sessions.
While both coaches and therapists help individuals improve their lives, therapists typically focus on addressing mental health issues and past traumas, while life coaches focus on helping individuals achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being. Therapy often deals heavily with the past, while coaching places a greater emphasis on the present and future.
Your privacy, anonymity and sense of safety are my three biggest concerns. What you share with me in our sessions stays with me. My goal is to create an open space where you can explore your thoughts freely, knowing that your confidentiality is protected.
